You will need:
A tsp of ground turmeric
¼ cup of apple cider vinegar
¼ cup of raw honey
1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper
4 cups of water, filtered
Preparation: Heat the water in a saucepan and wait until it reaches a boiling point. Remove it before it begins to boil and add the honey.
